The Texas Education Research Consortium is proud to announce the dates for our 13th annual Texas Student Leadership Summit, taking place on August 6th and 7th. This year’s theme, Invest in Yourself: Listen, Learn & Grow, invited students to reflect, connect, and develop as leaders.
We are excited to feature an outstanding lineup of speakers, including Dr. Patrick Valdez, Interim Dean of the School of Education at the University of North Texas at Dallas, who will serve as our emcee; Ernesto Mejia of CoolSpeak as our keynote speaker; and Bavu Blakes, founder of Hip Hop Grew Up, as our featured artist.
