The Texas Education Research Consortium is proud to announce our upcoming Spring Research Institute, Reframing Education Pathways for Young Males, on Friday, February 27, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. CT.
This panel discussion will feature prominent scholars whose research focuses on postsecondary experiences and outcomes for young males, including expertise on active and formerly gang-involved individuals, as well as computing and AI pathways.
The panel will be moderated by Dr. Victor Sáenz, co-founder of Project MALES and Associate Dean of the College of Education at The University of Texas at Austin. Panelists include Dr. Adrian Huerta, Associate Professor at the University of Southern California, and Dr. Sarah Rodriguez, Associate Professor at Virginia Tech.
